Try Oaka free for 14 days, with nothing locked. If you buy it and it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back, no questions asked. After that, if a technical issue stops Oaka working as advertised, contact support and we'll help, including with a refund where appropriate. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

How to ask for a refund

Sign in to your account and choose Request a refund next to the purchase, or email support@oakanima.com from the address you bought with. Within 30 days you don't need to give a reason.

The same applies to update renewals, counted from the renewal's purchase date. Refunding a renewal takes back its extra year of updates; your license keeps working.

Who processes your payment

Our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, handles payments, taxes, invoices and refunds. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
